Digital Delivery

All our products are digital goods (personalized songs in MP3/WAV format). No physical items are shipped.

Your song will be delivered to the email address you provide during checkout. Please ensure that your email address is correct and capable of receiving attachments (up to 10 MB).

Delivery Timeframes

We begin working on your song immediately after your order is confirmed. Delivery times depend on the option you select:

  • 7-Day Custom Song: Delivered within 7 days of order confirmation.
  • 48-Hour Express Song: Delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • 1-Hour Urgent Song: Delivered within 1 hour of order confirmation.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to order volume or technical issues. We make every effort to deliver on time.

How Delivery Works

  1. After your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  2. When your song is ready, you will receive a second email containing a download link or the audio file as an attachment.
  3. Delivery is considered complete when the email is sent, regardless of whether you open it, download the file, or listen to the song.

Shipping Fees

There are no shipping fees. All delivery is free and included in the price of your song.

What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Song

  • First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails sometimes end up there.
  • If you still can't find it, contact us at support@memosong.online with your order number and we will resend it promptly.

International Orders

Since our products are digital, we serve customers worldwide with the same delivery times. No customs, duties, or import fees apply.
